Our Story

Hi I’m Lydia the pie lady! Since learning the family pie crust recipe all those years ago, I’ve been passionate about combining it with amazing pie fillings. Seasonal, fresh, and locally sourced ingredients are all a part of what goes into the inspiration for Lydia’s Pies.

With three daughters watching me in the kitchen, I know these family traditions will be passed down and my hope is to invite the local community into my kitchen to enjoy a slice of freshly baked pie.
